The letter tells you how to check for or prevent high blood pressure. It also tells you how to schedule an appointment for a blood pressure screening. If you received this letter for a child under age 18, you can ignore it. If you received this letter for an adult and you are not sure if you have high blood pressure or not, please call GHP Family Customer Care at 855-227-1302 (TTY: 711). A GHP Family customer care representative can help you figure out whether or not you should have received this letter and what you should do next.
