Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology


Scott Peters, DDS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial pathologist. He cares for adults and children with a variety of conditions including oral cancer and pre-cancer, salivary gland disease, oral soft tissue lesions, lichen planus, mucosal pemphigoid, pemphigus vulgaris, aphthous ulcerations, xerostomia, and burning mouth syndrome.

Dr. Peters earned his dental degree from The Columbia University College of Dental Medicine In New York, New York. He’s an active member of several professional organizations, including The American Dental Association, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, New York State Dental Association and Columbia Alumni Association.

Dr. Peters is an accomplished researcher and presenter. He’s published numerous articles and reports and presented at local, national and international conferences.
