LASIK

LASIK surgery is an outpatient laser eye surgery that can improve or correct vision problems including nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.

What you should know about LASIK

  • During a LASIK surgery, an eye care expert uses a laser to reshape the patient’s cornea.
  • More than 90 percent of patients will see results of between 20/20 and 20/40 vision.
