Call our free, automated premium payment service.

  • 844-639-3117 (TTY: 711)
  • Have your contract, subscriber or member ID number ready to enter.
    • Your ID number is on your premium invoice or ID card.
    • If your ID number begins with 0 or ends with 01 or 02, don't include that when entering your ID number.
  • If you'd like a representative's help making a payment or if you have any questions about your premium invoice, call the number on the back of your member ID card.

Geisinger Marketplace members

First-time Geisinger Marketplace members

To make your first Geisinger Marketplace premium payment, you have two options:

Note your plan's effective date.

  • Make your first premium payment before your plan's effective date.
  • You can make a payment up to 30 days after your effective date. Mail it to the address listed on your GHP invoice or letter.
  • We'll send your GHP member ID card to you after processing your first premium.
