How to enroll

There are 2 ways to enroll:

  • Complete the online form, and our pharmacy team will call to finalize your enrollment and set up automatic refills.
  • Call 844-878-5562 (option 7) 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, for 1-step enrollment.

For medication-related questions, speak with a pharmacist by calling 844-878-5562, weekdays 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Who's eligible to use Geisinger's Mail-Order pharmacy?

All Geisinger Health Plan members who also have prescription drug coverage with Geisinger Health Plan are eligible to use our mail-order pharmacy.

We also have retail pharmacies in many Geisinger clinics and hospitals. They're open to the public, and they also sell over-the-counter medications at lower prices than you'll find elsewhere.

What types of prescription medications are eligible for mail-order?

Medications you take regularly for chronic, long-term conditions are usually eligible. They're likely ones you need to refill every 30 or 90 days for conditions such as:

  • Acid reflux
  • Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Birth control
  • Blood pressure
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Diabetes (including insulin) and pre-diabetes
  • High cholesterol
  • Thyroid conditions

We also deliver short-term medications and controlled substances through mail order. You'll be required to sign for the delivery of controlled substances, such as opioid pain medications and ADHD medications.

Geisinger Pharmacy is licensed to deliver medications to AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, ME, MN, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, VT and WI.

Geisinger Gold Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, and HMO D-SNP plans are offered by Geisinger Health Plan/Geisinger Indemnity Insurance Company/Geisinger Quality Options, Inc., health plans with a Medicare contract. Continued enrollment in Geisinger Gold depends on contract renewal.
