Telehealth: Safe, secure virtual healthcare visits

Be treated without leaving home

Telehealth

Through telehealth, you can receive medical care and services without leaving your home. (Or even your couch.)

Speak to providers in real time using secure video chat technology, similar to FaceTime. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam and high-speed internet connection.

You can have a telehealth visit for many routine and specialty care needs, such as:

  • Cold, flu, behavioral therapy, urinary tract infection (UTI) and chronic condition management
  • Specialty care, including adult and pediatric mental health, family medicine, dermatology, fertility, diabetes care and pain management

Don't use telehealth for emergencies. For immediate care, dial 911.

  • 24/7 access to board-certified providers via secure video chats (not your local provider)
  • Non-emergency medical and mental health diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions from anywhere — home, work or vacation
  • No service fee for most GHP members
